Job summary

A transport service provider in Singapore is looking for a workshop support role to assist in day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and liaise with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, be bilingual, and possess a positive attitude. Applicants will work 5.5 days a week and contribute to maintaining the workshop's high standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day workshop operations.
• Issue job orders and manage inventory and supplier invoices.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Job description

• Assist and support the workshop's day-to-day operations
• Issue job orders and handle inventory and supplier invoices
• Liase with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners
• Issue quotations and invoices, and collect payments from customers
• Ensure workshop operations following the company's SOP
• Perform all adhoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience in automotive industry
• Bilingual
• Prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop is an added advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive working attitude
• Work Location : Central & West
• 5.5 days per week
