Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Office Manager/Admin Manager to oversee general affairs and administrative operations. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting senior executives. Job description
  • Position: Office Manager/Admin Manager
  • Location: Aljunied MRT (After Chinese New Year, relocating to Jurong Pier Road - 2 mins walk from Jurong Pier MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Construction building materials
Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee company general affairs and administrative operations
  • Manage office building and property-related matters
  • Provide administrative support to the Director / Owner
  • Handle management of company facilities, including open areas and staff dormitories

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
