A Buddhist non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to assist with daily operations and donor-related tasks. Responsibilities
  • Liaise with donors regarding event / activity registrations, payments, and issuance of receipts
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, mailing, and answering phone calls
  • Support corporate functions, events, and organizational activities
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary School / Form 5 qualification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Diligent, meticulous, and willing to learn
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to work 5.5 days week, inclusive weekend (Office closed on every Monday)
