Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks and provide personal assistance to the Director. This role combines corporate administrative responsibilities with support for the Director’s personal and family matters, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
    • Assist with HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes.
    • Support corporate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
    • Coordinate the Director’s daily schedules, appointments, and personal errands.
    • Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional travel accompaniment.
    • Handle personal and family-related tasks as assigned by the Director, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
    • Manage personal correspondence and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 1. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with mandarin speaking colleagues and stakeholders in meetings and correspondence.
  • 2. Education level equivalent to Polytechnic or above.
