Job summary

A leading scaffolding company in Singapore is looking for an experienced administrative professional to manage day-to-day HR and operations tasks. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and emphasizes attention to detail, a positive working attitude, and teamwork. Responsibilities include handling administrative matters, assisting with work permit tasks, inventory management, and other ad hoc duties. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Admin.
  • Strong team player with a pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous and able to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day Admin matters for HR & Operations.
  • Assist in work permit tasks, onboard and leave applications.
  • Maintain inventory records and handle dispatch documentation.
