Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Administrative Support role. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, clerical tasks, managing office supplies, and assisting HR with various functions. Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone calls, emails, guests, and deliveries.
  • Perform clerical duties in the construction firm.
  • Support office administrative matters, including documentation and filing.
  • In charge of pantry and internal stationery orders.
  • Prepare meeting rooms as required.
  • Serve as a committee member for all internal events.
  • Sort daily delivery orders.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties.

Administrative

  • Support & maintain on office administrative matters such as documentation and filing
  • In charge for all Pantry & Internal Stationery Orders
  • Preparation of Meeting Room when required
  • Committee member for all internal events
  • Sort daily delivery orders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
HR Support
  • Support HR in checking daily attendance
  • Support inboarding & offboarding matters
  • Assistance in Insurance & Medical Claims
  • Upkeep of employee training materials
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  1. Fresh Level Entree
  2. Min. education of 'N' & 'O' level certification or related
  3. Proficient in Computer & AI Tools
  4. Experience in Construction Industry at advantage
