Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff and students.
• Assess learning needs and create development plans tailored to staff and organizational requirements.
• Promote evidence-based teaching and learning methodologies.
• Mentor and support student nurses in acquiring clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional behaviors.
• Monitor the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as a role model, inspiring professional growth, teamwork, and high standards of nursing practice.

Key Requirements

• Min. Degree in Nursing and fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field.
• Min. 8 - 9 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years of teaching experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
• Passionate about nursing education and professional development.
