  • Assist Assistant / Director of Nursing in daily functions.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation flow in the department.
  • Attend and assist in any dispute cases.
  • Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle overall responsibility for the induction process.
  • Set goals and overall KPI for unit.
  • Submit reports on timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to the department.
  • Ensure staffs adhere to the practices and SOPs.
  • Develop training programmes to upgrade the team's knowledge.

As a Nurse Manager (Community Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Assist Assistant / Director of Nursing in daily functions

  • Ensure smooth daily operation flow in the department

  • Attend and assist in any dispute cases

  • Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve & follow through service/quality/medico-legal issues.

  • Handle overall responsibility for the induction process, plans for self and nurses' career progression.

  • Set goals and overall KPI for unit

  • Submit reports on timely manner

  • Provide training and guidance to the department

  • Ensure staffs adhere to the practices and SOPs

  • Develop training programmes and continuous learning courses to upgrade the team's knowledge and skills

  • Any other duties within the team.

Requirements:
  • At least a Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
