We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Non-Ferrous Metals Trader to join our growing team ! If you have a strong background in metal scrap trading and are passionate about market development, supplier engagement, and sales strategy—we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Conducting regular market and product research to stay ahead of industry trends

Driving sales of non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Lead, and High Nickel

Expanding into new markets using your knowledge and network

Sourcing reliable suppliers from individuals, factories, and corporate channels

Negotiating prices, commercial terms, and contracts with confidence

Performing stock inspections as needed

Understanding stakeholder needs and aligning business efforts accordingly

Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Ensuring timely contract fulfillment and deliveries

Supporting managers and collaborating across teams

Participating in ongoing learning and product training

Following company SOPs and maintaining high standards

Requirements:

4 to 7 years of relevant experience in metal scrap trading or a similar field

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Business, or a related area

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Flexibility and a proactive work ethic

Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools

Willingness to travel for business, exhibitions, and client meetings
