Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver friendly, energetic customer service
• Assist with karaoke room bookings, seating and song selection support
• Serve food & beverages promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, common areas and service counters
• Handle cashiering, payment processing and simple closing duties
• Replenish stock and support daily operations
• Assist with event/party setups when required
• Contribute to a lively, fun and engaging atmosphere
• Work effectively with team members and uphold hygiene & safety standards
