  • Lead the setup and organization of a new office, including selecting and securing office space, coordinating office design and layout, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the procurement of office furniture, equipment, and supplies, ensuring everything is ready for day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of office staff, including administrative assistants and facilities personnel.
  • Set up and manage office communication systems, including phone lines, email accounts, and internal collaboration tools.
  • Organize and manage office-related events, including team meetings, employee onboarding, and other company functions.
  • Develop and manage office budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for office operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns, providing support to staff and ensuring a positive office environment.
