Responsibilities

• Develop campaign collaterals such as circulars, infographics, guides, and FAQs
• Collaborate with internal teams (agency communications, distribution) to promote campaigns effectively.
• Coordinate the end-to-end setup of lead generation campaigns.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Agency services, IT, Finance) to ensure accurate campaign implementation.
• Track timelines and ensure smooth campaign launches.
• Conduct outreach activities, training sessions and events relating to campaigns.
• Conduct analysis through on ground feedback & data to identify opportunities to improve
• Track participation rates and enquiry volumes to assess outreach effectiveness.
• Provide summary reports on engagement levels and key themes from agent feedback

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in communications, sales support, or business development roles
• Insurance or financial services experience is an added advantage
