Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to assist in coordinating outsourcing due diligence reviews and managing operational risks. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating end-to-end outsourcing due diligence (ODD) reviews, ensuring timely submission and completeness of documentation in accordance with MAS requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain and update the MAS Outsourcing Register monthly to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Liaise with business units, Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure outsourcing activities are properly governed and risks mitigated.
• Manage ERM responses for client RFIs and due diligence requests, coordinating reviews and ensuring timely turnaround.
• Support operational incident handling.
• Coordinate annual risk and control assessments and perform quality checks on submitted information.
• Prepare and maintain ERM reports for management reporting, and track compliance-related tasks.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline. 1-2 years experience is preferable.
• Experience or proficiency in full-stack web development to build and maintain operational risk intranet applications (e.g., workflows, dashboards).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot agents or AI-driven knowledge systems is a plus.
