Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Level 2 support experience in 24x7 production environments.
• Strong experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA, PIR.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls (Check Point / Palo Alto), SIEM, Nessus, Aruba, HSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Perform RCA, PIR, and recommend permanent fixes; elevate to Level 3 when required.
• Manage Firewall operations (policies, IPS/threats, logs, firmware, patching).
• Conduct VAPT using Nessus, remediation planning, validation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IM8 ICT Security Standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
