  • Document incident resolutions and preventive measures.
  • Oversee onsite activities and compliance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist is an integral member of the Services Department, responsible for delivering 24x7 first- and second-level support to ensure the reliability and performance of customer networks and services.

We are looking to expand our NOC team with individuals who are dynamic, customer-oriented, and passionate about network operations and coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with partners to deliver professional and timely support services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor system, network, application and service alerts
  • Provide 1st- and 2nd-level response and troubleshooting in accordance with maintenance SLAs.
  • Notify customers of incidents, service outages, and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved and closed promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members and external network partners to drive resolution.
  • Document incident resolutions, root causes, and preventive measures.
  • Oversee and coordinate field engineers for onsite activities, including IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and device relocation between sites, ensuring compliance and minimal service disruption.
  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent
  • Well-organised and meticulous
  • Demonstrate ability to analyse situation and possess problem solving abilities under pressure
  • Remote standby duty according to timetable
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience on network and security devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Avaya, Broadcom or any others
