Responsibilities

• Maintain the server room under optimal environmental conditions and ensure all physical networking devices function correctly.
• Oversee and maintain network services including RADIUS, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring proper configuration, updates, and integration.
• Monitor and manage wireless networks, as well as routing and switching devices for reliable connectivity.
• Perform first-level firewall monitoring and respond to unusual activity or threats.
• Maintain customer global, domestic, and internet networks, identifying and resolving abnormalities.
• Ensure operational readiness of the Core BCP system to support hybrid work environments.
• Apply patches and updates to network devices to maintain enterprise-level security.
• Address network vulnerabilities highlighted by the security team.
• Oversee renewals for networking devices and services, ensuring timely maintenance and support contracts.
• Respond to system outages, escalate when necessary, and provide solutions within defined SLAs.
• Assist in creating and updating IT processes and procedures for consistency across the environment.
• Facilitate network-related projects, ensuring alignment with existing infrastructure and services.
• Document work packages, activity checklists, and requirements for network implementations.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of networking project experience in deploying and managing networking-related projects.
• Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and professional security certifications.
• Experience with Cisco Core Switches, Aruba networks, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller (EWC), and Access Points (APs).
• Knowledge of Hyper-V VMs for network-related services: DHCP, MFA, and network monitoring systems, and Azure IaaS.
• Experience collaborating with vendors on technology and services.
