Overview

Our client is looking for a Network Engineer to ensure the company’s IT system runs smoothly, safely, and without disruption.

You are very important in ensuring that everyone in the company stays connected, work systems are reliable, and company data is protected from hackers.

Responsibilities

• To set up router, switches, firewall, server and ensure it operates efficiently
• To be hands-on with network cables, Wi-Fi access points, and modems
• To be hands-on with Windows Server or Linux, network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios), security software (VPN, antivirus, intrusion detection)
• To configure network devices using control software

Added advantage

Added advantage: Have understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Min Diploma Computer Science, or related field
