Network Engineer (L2 & L3 Support) (based in Singapore)

Scope of responsibility

• Plan improvement and suggest solutions to reduce network faults
• Plan, prioritise and execute planned maintenance on network to support network growth, addresssoftware/hardware defects
• Manage and proactively monitor network for optimum network performance
• Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement andcapacity management
• Monitor and resolve issues related to network
• Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
• Installation, configuration, commissioning, tech support of Wireless, Networking, Firewall
• Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for wireless, networking, security, andincorporation them into new products for sales
• Provide level 2, Level 3 support

Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical /Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
• In-depth Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture
• Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience in technical configuration & troubleshooting of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba Data Centre switches, wireless, and Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewalls
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good customer interaction, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually
