Role - Network Engineer
Job Description

  • 1+ years work experience in networking (Cisco Catalyst Switch, Cisco Router)
  • Manning of Network Support Desk
  • Manage shift operations - Break rotation, tardiness, SOPs are followed
  • Point contact for issues happening within his/her shift
  • Highlight any key shift issues or areas for improvement and provide recommendations on how to improve
  • Perform Network monitoring and fault rectifications of all detected alerts
  • Ensuring daily checklist are completed timely and correctly
  • Attending to Service/Change Requests
  • Manage escalation in accordance to defined process
  • Liaise with service providers ensuring third party/supplier faults are cleared in a controlled and timely manner
  • Required (one or more of the following):
    Certifications such as CCNP/ CCIP/CCSP/ CCIE/ JNCA /ITILV3 and other relevant IT industry certificates
