Job description

Essential Responsibilities

• Deploy, optimize, and manage the Security, Performance, and Cost of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure Cloud, and global office infrastructure systems in collaboration with the HQ ISD team.
• Provide ongoing support, administration, and maintenance for OCI, Azure Cloud, and global office infrastructure systems.
• Administer and maintain the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) network to ensure high availability and reliability, including proactive monitoring of network performance.
• Support the onboarding of new systems and resolve helpdesk-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including system setup, architecture, functions, and user guides.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge spanning both IT and OT equipment.
• Ability to collect, document, and maintain information regarding system setups and purposes across agency offices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage internal stakeholders effectively.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing infrastructure systems.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure setup, migration, and end‑user training for agency offices.
• Practical experience with public cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with F5 BIG‑IP and Distributed Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Check Point and FortiGate firewall systems.
• Experience working with Cisco and Aruba network equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Network certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent experience are highly preferred.
