About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Network Engineer to join our Cloud & Data Centre Solutions team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructure across mission-critical environments including data centres, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new network solutions and enhance existing infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, load balancers, and other network equipment.
• Monitor network performance, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues to meet SLA standards.
• Plan and execute firmware upgrades, change requests, and periodic maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage subcontractors during implementation and support activities.
• Generate network performance reports and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Few years of experience in a network operations environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies; Cisco ACI knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and ITIL frameworks preferred/an advantage.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Solid understanding of network/system design, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Able to meet strict SLA timelines, handle escalations, and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
