Job summary

A semiconductor technology startup is seeking a Network Analysis Engineer to interpret and research various protocols, draft technical documentation, and analyze protocol performance data using MATLAB and OPNET. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and possess strong programming skills in SystemVerilog and Python. Experience in protocol analysis is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants. This role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

Our client is a startup in semiconductor field that design chips for optical technology to improve speed, reliability, and energy use in modern systems is seeking for

Network Analysis Engineer

• Responsible for interpretation and technical research of protocols such as Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink;
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and revising technical documentation;
• Collaborate with R&D team to complete simulation verification and test case design based on internet protocol design requirement;
• Process and analyze protocol performance data with MATLAB and OPNET. Make use of AI tools to assist with documentation and data mining;
• Organize protocol technical documentation, technology sharing and assist in cross-department communication to ensure implementation of internet protocol technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Communication Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Experience in protocol analysis, design, or verification. Experience in using Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink is highly preferred;
• Proficient in programming languages such as SystemVerilog and Python, capable of using EDA tools for protocol simulation;
• Strong English reading and writing skills, able to read technical documents independently;
• Strong learning ability, good communication and teamwork skills.
