Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and running of site project, inculding quality control and project scheduling enforcement. Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders inculiding clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery. Maintain best practices and standards of project management for supplier/client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing, budgeting and documentation. Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Architecture/Interior Design. Strong understanding in Interior Design specifications, finishes and detailing. At least 3 years of experience in interior design, project management and coordinations.

Experience

Interior Fitting Contractor: 3 years (Preferred) commercial : 3 years (Preferred)
