About Us

The Radiant Spectrum is a music enrichment school for children and adults with special needs in Singapore. We work with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability (ID), selective mutism, speech delay, tics, and more, to help them become music makers.

Your Role with Us

As a rapidly developing startup, we prioritise innovation, empathy and adaptability. These are qualities that we strive to exhibit regularly in our day-to-day work, which includes:

  • Conducting individual music enrichment sessions catered to each child in accordance to the school’s teaching system
  • Conducting and facilitating lessons in small group settings
  • Preparing weekly lesson plans through setting goals and aims for students in line with the school’s curriculum
  • Monitoring, recording and updating each student's progress regularly
  • Participating in ad-hoc duties as required
What We are Looking For

  • At least Grade 5 ABRSM or equivalent
  • Experience in teaching others music

  • An effective communicator who can interact appropriately with both children and their parents
  • Cheerful and positive personality

No prior experience working with special needs children is needed. Training will be provided.
