Overview

Job Title: Music School Centre Manager

Job Location: Infront of Beauty World MRT

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (5-day work week, 2 days off)

Responsibilities

• Retail of music instruments, related accessories, lessons, books, etc.
• Perform student-related administrative duties such as scheduling of lessons, registration for exams, etc.
• Handle cashiering functions including issuing receipts for transactions
• Opening/closing of the school/shop
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and walk-in customers
• Stock taking and making sure inventory is up to date
• Perform basic accounting duties as required
• Ensure general housekeeping duties are completed
• Organize stock and maintain attractive display setups
• Undertake other operational ad-hoc duties, such as basic music instrument servicing

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends is essential.
• Interest in music or music knowledge is encouraged/preferred.
• No minimum qualifications or work experience required.
• You need to be cheerful and energetic
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Sheets.
• Long-term commitment to the role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, coworkers, and teachers effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Additional skills such as photo-editing, social media, or graphic design are preferable.
