Job description

We are seeking up to five qualified Sports Therapists to provide manual therapy services supporting clients in preventing, managing, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports‑related injuries.

You will work with clients to assess physical conditions, deliver targeted therapy, and provide guidance on recovery, stretching, and injury prevention. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client assessments, identify muscle imbalances, tension, or injuries.
  • Deliver manual therapy techniques (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release).
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑activity therapy to support performance and recovery.
  • Educate clients on body awareness, self‑management, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain professional conduct, hygiene standards, and accurate treatment records.
  • Manage client appointments and therapy supplies as needed.
Work Schedule
  • Mon, Wed, Fri, 10:30 am – 4:00 pm (extendable to 5:00 pm).
  • Night shifts: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm (extendable to 9:00 pm), depending on operational needs.
  • Ad‑hoc requirement: Tue/Thu as needed.
  • $50/hr
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience treating MSK and sports‑related conditions in clinics, professional sports, or similar settings (mandatory).
