Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a Mobile Health Assistant to support a mobile team delivering patient care services like health screenings and vaccinations. Candidates should possess a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Nursing or Healthcare and have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in English and a positive, proactive attitude are essential, along with the ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED certification preferred.
  • Physically active and comfortable with travelling.

Responsibilities

  • Help schedule and coordinate home visits and corporate screenings.
  • Support doctors and nurses during on-site services.
  • Handle and track medical equipment and stock items.
  • Perform phlebotomy or simple health screening procedures.
  • Help with paperwork, claims, and report uploads.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Health Assistant who will provide operational support to our mobile team of doctors and nurses who travel across Singapore to deliver trusted patient care - health screening, vaccination, medical consultation and nursing procedures - at corporate on-site and home-based settings. The ideal candidate possesses a mindset of continuous improvement and change and demonstrates genuine curiosity, collaboration and ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Manager, Mobile Services.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
  • Help schedule and coordinate home visits, corporate screenings, and clinic appointments.
  • Support doctors and nurses during on-site services.
  • Handle and track medical equipment and stock items properly.
  • Perform phlebotomy or simple health screening procedures.
  • Help with paperwork, claims, and report uploads.
  • Answer patient or client enquiries politely and professionally.
  • Work closely with the mobile team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About you
  • NITEC or Higher NITEC in Nursing, Healthcare, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or mobile healthcare setting.
  • Phlebotomy or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
  • Proficiency in English speaking is required. Other language-speaking abilities will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (average 44 hours/week).
  • Physically active and comfortable with travelling to different sites.
