Job Responsibilities

• Curating a non-traditional minibar, a uniquely authentic MBS experience for our guests.
• Handling and receiving all inventories from loading dock to main store.
• Ensuring that all minibar carts are fully stocked for daily operations.
• Recording expiry dates for all inventories received.
• Collating all expired items from the towers.
• Responding to ad-hoc service requests from operational team / Minibar controller.
• Work cohesively to support operations with ad-hoc service requests.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality, logistics or related field preferred.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
• Able to critical count and stock take would be an advantage.
• Alternate 5-6-day work week.
