Job Description

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Tea Baristas. As a Tea Barista, you will be the face of CHASHE — preparing drinks with care, providing warm customer service, and ensuring the shop maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based drinks according to standard recipes
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide friendly service
• Handle cash register and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and dining area
• Manage daily stock (ingredients, toppings, cups, etc.) and assist with inventory checks
• Uphold CHASHE’s brand values of quality, authenticity, and hospitality
