A leading Asian bank in Singapore is seeking a specialist for their Group Business Continuity Management function. You will manage the business continuity programme, conduct risk assessments, and enhance operational resilience during crises. The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree, over 5 years of experience in business continuity and crisis management, and excellent communication skills. This position enables significant collaboration across the bank and requires a self-starter with strong analytical abilities.

This is a specialist role within UOB's Group Business Continuity Management function. Reporting to the Group Business Continuity Management Head, you will support and facilitate the implementation of the business continuity programme across the Banking Group, enhancing operational resilience and ensuring continuity of essential business operations and services in the event of a crisis.
The incumbent is expected to work closely with various stakeholders in the Bank and deliver on the programme activities, including direct ownership of selected business and support unit functions.
