Job Title: Merchandise Retail Assistant (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Changi Airport

Working hours: 10.30am to 10pm (1 hour late lunch/early dinner break)

Attire: Plain Black Tee Shirt, Black Jeans or pants and Covered shoe.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and Assist Customer with their request and needs..
• Facilitate and assist with workshop sessions — preparing materials, guiding participants, and maintaining a pleasant learning environment.
• Handle cashiering duties.
• Support daily retail operations such as stock replenishment, product tagging, and merchandise display.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the retail and workshop areas.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service.

Requirements

• Open to all ; prior retail or workshop experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-service oriented
