Job summary

A construction development firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee M&E work. The candidate will liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain records. Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E Services is required, along with a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD is an advantage. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E Services is required.
• Knowledge in Mechanical, ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, and Fire Protection is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Supervise works according to contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare correspondence and reports suggesting corrective actions.
• Maintain daily work records including claims to clients.
