Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Experience in key account management and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin; knowledge of Korean or Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide key account business support in IT, focusing on memory sales.
  • Manage customer communication and support the sales cycle.
  • Lead forecast and supply management activities with stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze customer demand forecasts.
  • Lead supply management activities and meetings.
  • Prepare management reports for stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence.
  • Negotiate with business partners for effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales department and customers.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
