Job Description & Requirements
Seeking a Medical Representative to promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and aesthetic clinics as well as running promotional campaigns at outpatient pharmacies. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and basic product knowledge are important for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion: Present and explain medical or pharmaceutical product benefits effectively to healthcare providers to drive sales.
- Sales Campaigns: Support and implement promotional campaigns across various channels to boost product visibility and sales.
- Materials & Support: Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to provide product samples, presentations, and educational materials.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales metrics, targets, and KPIs to optimize performance.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify opportunities to collaborate with healthcare organizations or partners to expand reach.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and internal teams regarding product updates and sales progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage, but fresh graduates may be considered.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
