Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Familiarity with BIPO HR system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing.
• Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
• Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
• Perform daily HR administrative duties.
• Handle pass-related matters.
• Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL.
• Carry out office administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
