Job description

Responsibilities
  • Organize and provide secretariat support for clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on quality assurance, patient safety, continual improvement, and risk management initiatives.
  • Plan, develop, and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis for clinical governance functions.
  • Act as a resource person and maintain positive relationships with medical, allied health, and administrative teams.
  • Support hospital licensing, internal audits, incident management, and clinical quality records review programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, clinical quality (e.g., JCI, LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA), and/or risk management is an added advantage.
  • Experience in medico-legal matters or quality assurance is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
