Job description

Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Media Executive / Senior Executive to support our Media team in media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online media platforms.

Responsibilities
Planning
  • Develop media strategies and recommendations with Media Manager to help clients achieve their business goals and KPIs
  • Drive strategic and tactical innovation across offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile)
  • Build strong relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations
Campaign implementation
  • Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign proposals
  • Book and activate campaigns across offline and online media platforms
  • Manage digital ad operations, including creative assets review in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
  • Liaise with clients for campaign material submission and work with media owners to ensure best practice guidelines are met, up to date and accurate
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns
  • Deliver interim and post-campaign reports with media performance insights and recommendations
  • Handle campaign financial administration, ensuring accurate and timely billings
Requirements for this role
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • 0-2 years of working experience in marketing functions; prior media experience will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
  • Good understanding of Singapore's media and advertising landscape, including offline and digital channels, and local market nuances
  • Competency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
