Responsibilities and Duties

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and operating systems, identifying and correcting issues as needed.
• Maintain high standards in mechanical operations, ensuring systems meet operational and safety requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other related equipment.
• Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to junior technicians when necessary.
• Perform both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery as per established protocols.

Technical Skills

• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment for daily tasks.
• Perform welding using cutting torches as needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and bobcats.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with both company and customer regulations, as well as policies.
• Maintain and manage personal tools, including keeping an up-to-date, documented personal tool inventory.
