Plan, design, and oversee mechanical systems for construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services as applicable.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, electrical, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works on site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for mechanical works.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and project quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction and propose practical solutions.
Monitor work progress and support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Assist in cost control by reviewing material quantities, variations, and technical clarifications.
Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and documentation related to mechanical works.
Support testing, handover, and project close-out activities.
