Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Design & Calculations) to joinour engineering team. The role focuses on mechanical design calculations andengineering support for semiconductor cleanroom and advanced manufacturingprojects.

This position offers a 5-day work week, with office-based design work andsite support as required.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Design & Calculations

• Perform mechanical design calculations including:
• HVAC coolingand heating load calculations
• Airflow, ACH,pressure balance, and FFU sizing
• Chilled waterflow, pipe sizing, velocity, and pressure drop
• Pump head andmotor power calculations
• Prepare Basisof Design (BOD), calculation reports, and technical documentation

Cleanroom & Semiconductor Systems

• Support designof ISO Class 7 / 8 (Class 10K / 100K) cleanrooms
• Design andcoordination of FFU, fan wall, dry coil, MAU, return air, and exhaustsystems
• Integrate toolheat loads with HVAC systems

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate withBIM / CAD teams and other engineering disciplines
• Review vendortechnical submissions and shop drawings
• Provideengineering support during construction and testing & commissioning

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’sDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 0–3 yearsexperience in HVAC / MEP / cleanroom design
• Semiconductoror high-tech manufacturing experience is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Strongcapability in engineering calculations
• Proficient in Excelfor design calculations
• CFD (ANSYS )experience is an advantage
