Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate, and manageM&E project activities from start to completion.

• Monitor project progress, schedule, resources, and cost control.

• Ensure all works comply with project requirements, drawings, and specifications.

• Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Perform design review, material selection, and technical evaluation for M&E systems.

• Provide engineering solutions and support to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain updated documentation for project tracking, testing, and commissioning

• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.

• Assist in cost estimation, quotations, and procurement of materials.

• Review supplier and subcontractor proposals.

• Ensure materials delivered meet project specifications and timeline.

Requirements
