Job description

At AcePLP, we have a BIM Traineeship Programme that welcomes fresh graduates to enter the Built Environment industry. Trainees will undergo classroom training to reinforce industry concepts and learn digital skills that are in demand on live construction projects.

There are opportunities for your modelling skills and experience to be accredited by the industry upon completion of your formal training programme. There are also opportunities to get your further studies in BIM or Construction related fields to be sponsored by AcePLP.

You will receive a salary throughout the traineeship programme from day 1. You will also receive a share of profit expressed as a percentage of revenue generated.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM modelling and CAD design services support to the Built Environment industries
• Ensure that BIM models are created and maintained in accordance with the specified BIM standard, as well as the client’s specification and statutory regulations
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from the BIM model
• Participate in the design, coordination of the BIM model for drawing submission up to approval stage.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Green Building and Sustainability)
