• Proven track record of raising $20M–$100M+ in the Crypto sector.
• Deep existing network in relevant jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising and maintain investor relationships.
• Negotiate partnerships with various stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Oversee mining operations strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with founders on vision and execution.
• Build and lead the business team over time.
