Job summary

A global science and technology company in Singapore is looking for a candidate skilled in administering and configuring the IBM Maximo system. This role also requires proficiency in digitalization tools such as Power BI and a solid understanding of assets management. Candidates must have a relevant technical diploma and experience with data management systems. The successful applicant will manage Maximo-related tasks, oversee digital projects, and ensure efficient operations within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Maximo/BMS or security data management systems.
• IBM Certification in Maximo is preferred but not necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of Assets management and Preventive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up and administering Maximo.
• Provide training documentation updates and troubleshooting support.
• Facilitate digital project delivery and oversee digitalization progress.

Skills

Advanced computer skills (Excel, Data Analysis, SQL)

Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Diploma/Higher Nitec in information technology or related field
