Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking candidates for a warehouse position. Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials against delivery orders.
  • Safely transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through updates in systems.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting.
  • Ensure materials are stored correctly and labeled.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
  • Report damaged goods and discrepancies to the supervisor.

  • Salary range: $2,200 - $2,800 Basic + $70 Meal allowance + $9 per day
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm (6pm -8pm, Overtime x1.5)

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials against delivery orders or packing lists.
  • Safely transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or outbound shipments according to orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through timely updates in warehouse systems or manual logs.
  • Perform regular stock checks and support cycle counting activities.
  • Ensure materials are stored correctly, labeled, and kept in designated locations.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization (5S practices).
  • Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or stock variances to the supervisor promptly.
  • Possess Forklift License with 2 years relevant experience
