Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards; ensure high level of service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towel supply, etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager.

Qualifications

• Preferably with iTEC/WSQ certification or massage certification
• Able to commit on weekends/public holidays
• 6-day work week
• Minimum one year relevant experience
• Pleasant personality and hardworking
