Job description

ClearSK Group operates a network of medical aesthetics clinics in Singapore, with related brand and operational presence in Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. As part of our digital capability development, we are strengthening our in‑house marketing technology function to support brand websites, microsites, Google campaign landing pages, and integrated e‑commerce platforms.

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Executive to support day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of our web, e‑shop, and performance marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Website, Microsites & Landing Pages

• Support maintenance and updates of brand website and microsites (PHP, MySQL, WordPress environment)
• Assist in building and refining Google Ads landing pages
• Coordinate basic UI layout, content updates, and backend support

E-Commerce (E‑Shop)

• Support operations of WordPress / WooCommerce e‑shop
• Assist with product setup, content updates, and system checks
• Work with internal teams on CRM‑linked workflows

Internal Systems Support

• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of internal systems (custom PHP / MySQL build, non‑public framework)
• Perform basic troubleshooting and documentation

AI‑Assisted Content & Productivity

• Use AI tools for:
• Landing page content drafting and layout (e.g. Canva Magic AI, GPT‑based tools, NotebookLM)
• Presentation materials (e.g. Copilot, Napkin AI or similar)
• Support internal advisory or training tools where required

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in Google Ads (SEM) campaign setup and monitoring
• Basic exposure to SEO concepts is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and support campaign optimisation activities

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in marketing, IT, digital media, computer science, or related fields
• Basic working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, WordPress, WooCommerce
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools for content or productivity
• Exposure to Google Ads or digital marketing platforms preferred
• Able to work in a structured and compliance‑aware environment
• Singapore resident or eligible to work in Singapore
