Job summary

A boutique French wine estate in Singapore is looking for a motivated intern to aid in marketing activities and daily operations. • Assist with marketing tasks (newsletters, social media scheduling, simple content edits)
• Support online store updates (Shopify product pages, availability updates, visuals)
• Help maintain CRM and customer records (Klaviyo / internal tools)
• Prepare simple marketing materials (Canva visuals, basic layouts)
• Coordinate basic operational tasks (inventory checks, packing lists, delivery follow-ups)
• Provide general administrative support
• Participate in brainstorming for marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives

Requirements

• Currently based in Singapore
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Interest in marketing or operations
• Positive attitude, proactive, willing to learn
• No prior wine knowledge required
