Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking an experienced and strategic‑minded Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to lead our Singapore marketing team and drive the success of our brand. As the Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing brand positioning and messaging, and managing a team of marketing professionals to drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
1. To manage the KPIs for marketing campaigns’ procedure, implementation, tracking with monthly reports and measurement of reach, conversion and sales generated for Singapore market.
2. Design, implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (such as SEO / SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing) to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, boosting revenue, and driving visitorship to Kiztopia outlets and events.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Promote the Kiztopia brand, policies, and core values.
5. Promote and expand services including advertising opportunities and recruitment advertising.
6. Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities.
7. Manage all aspects of production, receipt, and distribution of marketing material.
8. Coordinate market research to identify interest and uptake for current and future membership services.
9. Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget and within agreed sustainability criteria.
10. Evaluate membership research, package, conditions and competitor data to implement marketing plan and alterations.
1. Work with graphic designers to develop promotional materials.
2. Maintain and update website contents for promotions, events, etc.
3. Implement systems with the administrators to manage invitations, sign‑ups, guests list, discounts, etc.
1. Create and deliver quarterly report on marketing and events including revenue forecast and projection in comparison to previous reports.
1. Degree in marketing management or equivalent.
1. Minimum 3-5 years of events or marketing management.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, preferably in the edutainment industry or related.
3. In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO / SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing, with hands‑on experience in implementing successful campaigns.
4. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and deriving actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
5. Able to appreciate the nature of accountability, ethics, targets and outcomes.
6. Experienced in developing marketing strategies and identifying new areas of growth / income / exposure.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
