Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Strategize & Execute Marketing Plans

Develop and lead end-to-end GTM strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.

Own ICP segmentation, ABM campaigns, and high‑impact content strategies to drive demand.

Campaigns & Growth Hacking

Launch data-driven, high‑leverage campaigns across digital, product‑led, and partner‑driven channels.

Prioritize ROI‑positive activities and avoid “busy work”—make 5% effort deliver 100% results.

Partner & Community Growth

Manage partner enablement through tools like PartnerStack and Partnerhub.

Cultivate community platforms like Circle and Slack to engage users and advocates.

Web, Automation & Content

Design and manage marketing assets via Webflow, Notion, Bubble, or Softr.

Automate workflows using HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier.

Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Surfer SEO) to generate performance content at scale.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align value propositions with customer needs.

Package our cybersecurity solutions for market fit (e.g., subscription bundles, pre‑install models).

Build, Lead, Mentor

Lead a small marketing team, freelancers, and agencies while growing internal capabilities.

Provide mentorship and develop foundational marketing systems from scratch.

Great communicator —can pitch, write, and present ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong grasp of GTM strategy, ICP development, ABM, and partner marketing.
  • Experience launching partner portals and scalable outreach programs.
4. Business Acumen
  • Understands the connection between marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to productize and position complex tech offerings.
5. Resourceful & Hands‑On
  • Self‑starter who can create campaigns, content, and events with minimal support.
  • Expert at identifying off‑the‑shelf solutions or outsourcing smartly.
6. Leadership & Communication
  • Experience building marketing teams or functions from zero to one.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller—capable of presenting strategy to stakeholders.
